Imphal, August 09 2022: Manipur Cycling Association is set to conduct an open trial for State Men's and women's teams at Cycle Velodrome Khuman Lampak on August 12 for participation at the 36th National Games to be hosted in Gujarat from September 27 to October 10.Three men and three women will be selected at trial and they will be an addition to the cyclists reserved by CFI based on their previous achievements, said Manipur Cycling Association.

The trial is scheduled to ensure Manipur Cycling Association submit entries to Manipur Olympic Association for onward submission to the Indian Olympic Association within August 15, the association said in a notification.

The riders intending to participate in the trial should submit their photostat copy of Aadhar Card and 3 passport size photographs on or before August 11 to O Basanta Singh, SAI Coach and report to the Cycle Velodrome, Khuman Lampak with full kits on August 12 by 7 am, the notification added.
