Imphal, April 30 2016 : YSWC, Sabungkhok and TDCL, Pungdongbam advanced with convincing victories in the ongoing 11th Tellou Trophy � Lamlai Kendra Village Wise Men's Open 7-A-Side Football Tournament, organised by the Tellou Joint Co-Operative Farming Society Ltd, today at Eastern United Sports Club, Tellou ground.

In the first match, goals from Dinesh (17th, 20th), Takar (30th, 42nd) and Raju (25th) helped YSWC, Sabungkhok outplay MYCL, Leimakhong by a margin of 5 goals to nil.

Manao of YSWC and Lemba of MYCL were yellow carded.

In another match, YDCL, Pungdongbam handed a crushing 7-1 defeat to SPYC, Seijang.

Ratan hit a treble in the 25th, 33rd and 42nd minute for YDCL while the other winning goals came from Luckyson (47th, 50th), Ngochabi (15th) and Khanna (50th) .

On the other hand, Santosh scored the lone goal of SPYC in the 4th minute.

Ratan of YDCL and Ranjan of SPYC were booked yellow cards during the match.
