MU Softball and Shooting teams for Inter-University Tournament 2021-2022 announced

Imphal, December 30 2021: The Department of Sports, Manipur University has released the list of Softball players and Shooters, both men and women, to represent the university in the All India Inter University Softball (M&W) Tournaments, 2021-22 to be held during March 3 to 7, 2022 and All India Inter University Shooting (M&W) Tournaments, 2021-22 to be held in Feb/March 2022 .

SOFTBALL
Women's Section
Kh Priyank Devi (MU), L Pushpa Devi (MU), Th Prikriti Devi (MU), Lhaineilling Hangshing (MU), S Lanchenbi (BMC), Ng Rangita Chanu (BMC), H Mangisana Devi (WMGC), N Babina Devi (WMGC), M Utarani Chanu (WMGC), L Pusparani Devi (Thoubal College), Th Pipilingka Devi (Thoubal College), Sh Nandarani (Thoubal College), Anjila (Thoubal College) and Pingky Maibam (KPC) .

Men's Section
A Siddartha (MU), Rinku Sharma (MU), H Abit (MU), L Arvinda (MU), S Thoua (MU), Y Jim Singh (NLSC), Sellychand H (NBC), Ajitkumar (NBC), L Rabi (YKC), L Rakesh (YKC), Ng Shyamananda (Thoubal College), Kiran Kumar Atom (Manipur College) and Iman Tripura (KPC) .

M Bishwamitra (Thoubal College), Karmajit (YKC) and M Jayenta (Thoubal College) were named as reserved for Men's category.

SHOOTING (Air Rifle)
Women's Section- Ksh Nisha (Mangolmanbi College), Persomi (BMC) and W Kabita (MU) .

Men's Section- Frvind Irungbam (MU), Th Telheiba (VIBGYOR) and RK Memik (Manipur College) .

SHOOTING (Pistol)
Women's Section- P Sophiya (MU), Dunee Khaidem (MU) and N Somika (MU).

Men's Section- Kunyson T (MU), M Indrakumar (BMC) and Nganba Thounaojam (KPC).

Lanchenba N (BMC) was named as reserved player.

The selected players have to report at the office of Dr Ch Pradeep Singh, assistant director sports, MU on January 20, 2022 at 10 am for further coaching.
