AMFA releases Sub-Junior boys' and Junior girls' lists for second phase trials

Imphal, July 30 2018: All Manipur Football Association has released names of 34 sub-junior boys who are shortlisted for second phase trial cum coaching for participation in the North East Zone Qualifying Round of Sub-Junior National Football Championship 2018 and 26 junior girls for the second phase trial cum selection for participation in the Junior Girls National Football Championship.

The North East Qualifying Round for Sub-Junior National Football Championship will be held in Mizoram from August 20 to 25 .

Sub-Junior Boys
The names of the sub-junior boys selected for the second phase trial cum coaching are:
Goalkeepers: L Dinesh Singh (DSA, Bpr), Ng Yaiphaba (IWDFA), Ch Harison (IEDFA) and Kh Wangamba (IWDFA) .

Defenders: Lamnganba (DSA Kak), Shachikumar (DSA Kak), O Abinash (DSA, Bpr), L Kenedy (DSA, Bpr), K Alex Lamkang (DSA, Cdl), I Arunkumar Singh (IWDFA), L Dhakeshor (IWDFA), David Letkhogin (DSA CCpur), Th Nitish (IEDFA), Ng Naoba (IEDFA) and Sh Suraj (IEDFA).
Midfielders: Ronaldo of DSA Kak; S Then and L Joykishan of DSA Bpr; Kenphashah, TS Thumson and Samuel Pashel of DSA Chandel; Gaiding Th, Sanjalen Haokip and Michael Kipgen of IWDFA; S Pauminlian of DSA CCpur; and RK Dhanaraj, Ph Mahesh and Ng Gunendro of IEDFA.
Forwards: Md Sakir of DSA Bpr; K Monex and Y Mahesh of IWDFA; Y Monis, Ph Subhash and Y Warish of IEDFA.

A statement from AMFA informed the selected players to report to the team manager and coach on August 2 by 7 am at Artificial Turf Ground, Khuman Lampak with full kits for further training.

The players must also submit passport size photographs, DOB Certificate issued within 1 year, Aadhaar Card and contracts to the officials, the statement added.

Meanwhile, the junior girls retained for the second phase trial cum selection for participation in the Junior Girls National Football Championships 2018 include:
Goalkeepers: Y Yaiphabi and N Khushi of IWDFA; N Monika and Sh Monika of IEDFA .

Defenders : W Kanchan, Ph Ashila and H Puspa of IEDFA; H Tombisana, Y Indira, Y Pakpi, Sarita Yumnam and Y Jenita of IWDFA and Kh Rebina of DSA Bpr.

Midfielders: A Nilam, O Lamnganbi, Ph Sanathokpi and S Dini Devi of IEDFA; Y Luxmi, Y Indica, Th Babysana Devi and Kh Luxmi Devi of IWDFA and U Pushparani Devi of DSA Kakching.

Forwards: Moilunsiam and H Baleshwori Devi of IWDFA; O Babita of DSA Bpr and H Linda Devi of DSA Kakching.

The selected players are also informed to report to the team manager and coach on July 31 by 8 am at Artificial Turf Ground, Khuman Lampak.
