1st MNCA U-15 Women's Cricket : THAU ease to fourth win, FORCE crush Al-Ameen by 257 runs

THAU, Thangmeiband cruised to their fourth straight victory in the ongoing 1st MNCA U-15 Women's Cricket Tournament with a 28-run victory over PCC, Mayaikoibi as FORCE, Kshetrigao notched up a huge 257 run victory over Al-Ameen, Lilong.
THAU won the toss and elected to bat here at PCC ground in Mayaikoibi.
Riding on Robeni Usham's 76-ball 55 and significant contributions from Konjengbam Nonibala 36 not out and Moirangthem Yaiphabi 25, they racked up 188/6 in the allotted 30 overs and held PCC to 160/9 in the chase thanks to Megnoria Khundrakpam's 4/20 and Thoithoibi Ahongshangbam's 2/24 .
PCC's Victoria Thokchom (2/26) and Hemam Lingjen (2/49) shared two wickets each before they had a torrid time facing THAU's dominating bowling display and eventually ended up gathering 160 runs for 9 wickets despite getting 51 extras.
Megnoria Khundrakpam who shone with the ball was adjudged player of the match.
Elsewhere at Khudeibam Lampak, Taothong, Barkatun Khanam scored 192 off 116 balls to help FORCE pile up 294 runs for four wickets before Wakila Shani enjoyed a six wicket haul to devastate Al-Ameen line up and set up their collapse at 37 within 13.1 overs.
None of the Al-Ameen batters reached double digit runs in the chase as Wakila swept the top order batters including two quick wickets in the third over to reduce Al-Ameen to 18/5 in 6.3 overs.
