L Rajbapu Memorial Volleyball Tourney BAKHE, NYDC, YMDO, SDC-A register huge wins

Imphal, March 17 2018: BAKHE, NYDC, YMDO, SDC-A today registered straight set wins in their respective league matches of the 5th L Rajbapu Sharma Memorial State Level Junior Boy's Cash Prize Volleyball Tournament 2018 being organised by Young Men Development Organisation, Naoriya Pakhanglakpa Leikai, Heirangoithong under the supervision of All Manipur Volleyball Association.

The first Group A league match of the day saw BAKHE, Sanakeithel get better of NYVA-B, Naorem 25-23, 2517, 25-18 .

In another Group A league match, hosts YMDO secured similar win over NYVA-B to earn full points.

YMDO easily ran through the sets to register a 25-16, 25-18, 25-17 win against the Naorem team.

In the first Group B league match of the day, NYDC, Khaidem dumped MIKHYA, Mayang Imphal in straight sets (25-18, 25-20, 25-22) while SDC-A overcame NYDC with another impressive win.

SDC Samurou took controlled of the three sets to outclass NYDC 25-19, 25-15, 25-11 .

Hosts YMDO and BAKHE with two wins from three matches are now qualified for the knock out stage.

However the Group winner will be decided tomorrow as BAKHE will play their last league match against SDC-B.SDC-A who have also secure two wins in two matches are also on the brink of becoming group B winners.
