Ingoton-11 emerge champions of 1st Ikop Trophy

Imphal, January 13 2019: Ingoton-11, Thoubal Khekman emerged champions of the 1st Ikop Trophy 2018-19 State Level T20 Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament organized by Khangabok Cricket Club (KCC), Khangabok since December 15, 2018 with the participation of 10 teams at Khangabok Kaba ground.

The champion team Ingoton-11 received a cash prize of Rs 35,000 along with winners trophy and certificate while the runners up team Raising Star, Khangabok pocketed a cash prize of Rs 20,000 with trophy and certificate.

Elected to bat first after Ingoton-11 won the toss in the final match of the tournament, posted a respectable total of 126 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 15 overs while Raising Star failed miserably to reach the target where all the batsmen collapsed within 10 overs scoring only 62 runs.

Ingoton-11 won the final match by 65 runs to emerge champions of the tournament.
