SKYC thump NC Club 2-0 in IW Super Divn League

Imphal, August 09 2022: SKYC, Awang Sekmai kicked off their 22nd S Birendra Singh Memorial Super Division Football League campaign with a 2-0 thumping of NC Club, Khonghampat today at its home ground.

SKYC enjoyed home crowd support and went 1-0 up before the break with Ng Bishoijit Singh scoring in the 21st minute.

SKYC continued to press after the break and enjoyed a two-goal lead after 41st minute as NC Club's Anilkumar fumbled and turned the ball into his own net.

SKYC then held onto their lead and walked home with all three points.

SFC Tera will play NC Club in the next match on August 11 .
