KKYU rally to salvage 2-2 draw with MIUFC

Imphal, January 08 2025: KKYU, Keishamthong fought back twice to hold MIUFC, Mayang Imphal to a 2-2 draw in a Group A encounter of the ongoing 6th Sh Mani Sharma Memorial 3rd Division Football League 2024-25 at PAMYAL ground, Patsoi.

MIUFC and KKYU were evenly poised from the beginning and entered the break goalless before Naocha handed MIUFC the lead in the 50th minute.

KKYU however cancelled the lead through Dishong within two minutes.

MIUFC retained the lead after 66 minutes through Naocha only to be equalised by Gaithoichung in the 72nd minute.

Despite efforts to find the difference, the scoreline remained unchanged.
