Imphal, July 03 2013: United People's Welfare Association (UPWA) would organise the 2nd State Level Invitation All Manipur Open Karate Championship-2013 at Ibudhou Pakhangba Community Hall, Langthabal Kunja Awang Leikai, Canchipur from 26-28th July, 2013 .

In a release, K Momocha, General Secretary of the UPWA informed all those intending individuals/clubs to contact officials of the association for entry form and other details during office hour.
