Women & Junior Boy's Polo tourneys : K&MM Riding School, Linthoinganbi Kangjei Lup post emphatic victories

Imphal, March 02 2021: K&MM Riding School prevail 10-1 over LAAMAN PC-B and Lingthoinganbi Kangjei Lup dumped LAAMAN Polo Club 11-2 respectively in the Sub-Junior Boy's and Women's matches of the ongoing 4th Sub-Junior Boy's U-16 State Level Polo Tournament and 16th Women State Level Polo Tournament being underway at AMPA Iroisemba Kangjeibung.

With the win, K&MM Riding School moved into the semi-finals while Linthoinganbi Kangjei Lup set the final date with Chingkheihunba Polo Club.

In the boy's match staged today, K&MM Riding School thorough dominated the possession and scoring chances right from the first chukker against LAAMAN PC-B.Having led the first chukker 3-0, K&MM Riding School were 7-1 ahead till halfway.

The team then added a goal in the third chukker and two in the final to make it 10-1 at the end.

Th Bobby shone with four goals and W Kedanath and W Khambaton chipped in three goals each.

The lone goal for LAAMAN PC was scored by alberth P in the third minute of the second chukker.

Meanwhile, the women's semi-final match between Lingthoinganbi Kangjei Lup and LAAMAN Polo Club were of the similar fashion as the first team scored enroute to the 10-0 rout of their rivals.

Kh Deventy and Kh Habe shared 4 goals each in this one sided encounter and their compatriot, Kh Chaoba struck twice.
