11th Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament to commence on November 8

Imphal, September 28 2017: The 11th edition of “Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament 2017” will commence on November 8 under the aegis of Zeliangrong Football Association (ZFA) at THAU Sports Complex, Thangmeiband .

The champion team will be awarded Rs 1 lakh with trophy while runners-up team and 3rd placed team will get Rs 50,000 and 25,000 in cash along with trophies.

Other group and individual awards consist of best discipline team, best parade team, best player, best goalkeeper and highest scorer.

Team awards will carry cash prize of Rs 10,000 each while individual awards will cash component of Rs 5,000 each .

Entry forms for the said tournament will be issued from September 30 onwards.

Further details can be availed at the headquarters of Zeliangrong Football Association, Kakhulong, Paona Bazar or general secretary, ZFA @ “DGIX CYBER”, Majorkhul during office hours between 10.30 am to 4.30 pm except Sunday and holidays .

The entry fee is Rs 500 and the registration fee is Rs 3,000.Last date of form submission is October 30.All Zeliangrong village youth clubs are entitled to sponsor only one team, said a press statement issued by the organiser.
