Slender 1-0 win for CYC in Bpr Super Divn League

Imphal, September 25 2019: CYC, Chinikon registered a narrow 1-0 win against SAI-SAG, Utlou while NCYWO, Nungshai Chiru drew 1-1 with TYDA, Toubal in today's matches of the ongoing 3rd L Itomcha Memorial Super Division Football League Tournament organised by DSA Bishnupur at Mini Stadium, Bishnupur.

In the first match of the day, an early 4th minute goal by Panmei Gideon earned CYC their first win of the tournament having suffered a 0-3 lost in the hands of TYDA in the tourney opener on September 22.SAI-SAG had many chances to draw level in the latter part of the game but failed to capitalise on them letting the Chinikon team earn all three points.

Meanwhile in the second match of the day, TYDA had a 1-0 lead through Jeanbilung's goals early in the 5th minute but Thamson's goal in the 75th minute helped NCYWO salvage a 1-1 draw.

TRUGPU, Nambol will meet CYC in the next match on September 27 at 1 pm while KPFC, Kha Potsangbam will take on SAI-SAG latter at 3 pm .
