Imphal, April 24 2019: Waithou Phunal, Dudu, Tamaram YC and LMYC-A emerged victorious in today's league matches of the ongoing 2nd Khuyaikhu Kho-Phun Karbe Kothang Memorial Volleyball Tournament, 2019 organised by Laipharok Maring Youth Club, Manipur at its court.

Waithou Phunal earned a straight sets win (26-24, 25-22, 25-21) over UCYC-A, Uran Chiru in the first match of the day.

Meanwhile in the second match, Dudu edged past Waithou Phunal-B by 3-1 sets.

W Phunal B made a comeback in the second set but could not sustain their attack as Dudu returned in the third set before finishing the game 25-16, 20-25, 25-18, 25-15 .

Tamaram YC continued their fine form as they beat Waithou Phunal-A in straight sets (25-16, 25-20, 25-10) in the third match of the day before LMYC-A also sealed a similar win (25-16, 25-11, 25-8) over Uran Chiru YC-B.Dudu will meet Uran Chiru team-B tomorrow in a league encounter.
