Imphal, February 23 2016: PHAM, Young Rhino, MEIRAA, BDHA claimed victories on the second day of the 4th Y Rasmani Memorial Invitation Men's Hockey Tournament, organised by the Youth Club cum Information Centre, Kontha Ahallup, today at Kontha Ahallup Ground.

In the first Group-A league match today, PHAM, Yaiskul thrashed YCPA, Nagaland by a margin of 6 goals to two.

Kh Rabikanta (12th, 38th), T Sushil (18th, 23rd), Ksh Priyobarta (15th) and Th Deepu (17th) found the targets for the winning team.

For YCPA, M Robinson and Mukesh scored a goal each in the 36th and 44th minute respectively.

T Priyobarta of PHAM and M Robinson of YCPA were booked for unsporting behaviour during the match.

In the Group-D league match, Young Rhino outclassed KHSC, Khongman by a margin of 10 goals to 1.The winning goals of Young Rhino were scored by Lalriengliela (17th, 36th), Y Holendro (22nd, 37th), M Arunkumar (38th, 50th), Th Hemjit (44th, 55th), C Boro (4th), Randin Tlunga (31st).On the other side the lone goal of KHSC was netted in by Rohit Keisham in the 14th minute.

In another Group-A league match, MEIRAA, Bashikhong overcame HU, Lairikyengpham Leikai by a margin of 4 goals to three.

MEIRAA witnessed their winning goals through Th Anthony (13th, 26th) and a goal each from S Youngson and Th Athouba in the 3rd and 54th minute respectively.

A double from Ch Sanjit in the 10th and 50th minute and Th Kingson's goal in the 24th minute gave three goals to HU.

In the fourth match of the day, BDHA outplayed ABC by a margin of 12 goals to five.

M Rabichandra (11th, 34th, 54th), H Amarjit (25th, 41st, 52nd) and H Mani (38th, 57th, 59th) hit a treble each for BDHA.

The other winning goals for BDHA came from Ph Amarjit, M Sanjoymani and M Bronson in the 16th, 27th and 45th minute respectively.

On the other hand, ABC witnessed their five goals from Th Tompok (28th, 44th), N Nishikanta (35th), Gitaranjit (37th) and N Ratan (46th) .
