SDC vs SFC to open IW Super Division Football League 2024-25

Imphal, September 18 2024: Social Development Club (SDC), Samurou will face off against Sainik Football Club (SFC), Tera in the opening match of the 24th Super Division Football League 2024-25 organised by the Imphal West District Football Association.

The match begins at 2 pm at PAMYAL Ground, Patsoi Part IL The top tier district tournament is featuring 6 teams this season.

The other teams who will be vying for top honours of the tournament are Young Union Club (YUC), Irom Meijrao; Khurkhul Youth Club (KYC-N), Khurkhul North; Imphal Football Club (IFC), Lamphel and Chajing Inat Kanba Lup (CHIKL), Lilong Chajing.

Imphal West District Football Association also released the schedule for the 29th L Sangita Devi Memorial 1st Division Football tournament.

The 8-team tournament begins on September 24 at PAMYAL Ground, Patsoi Part II.

NC Club, Khonghampat; SCK, Kodompokpi; YAC, Yaiskul and KAN, Kadangband are draw in Group A of the league cum knock-out tournament as PAMYAL, Patsoi; Juvenile, Tera; BMSC, Taobungkhok and YWC-Malom are clustered in Group B.The opening day will see NC Club play KAN in the Group A opening match from 12.30 pm before PAMYAL take on YWC-M in the Group B opener from 2.30 pm .
