State Sub Jr Hockey Team announced

Imphal, May 06 2015 : State team for the 5th Hockey India Sub Junior Men's National Hockey Championship (Division A) at New Delhi from May 17-24 was announced on Wednesday by the Manipur Hockey (MH).

T Gobin Singh and M Johny Singh made to the team as Goal Keeper while M Dinachandra Singh; W Gajendra Singh; T Priyokumar Singh and S Suresh Singh will be the defenders.

M Rabichandra Sigh; K Boy Singh; S Amujao Singh and M Robert Singh will mend the mid field while K Ibungo Singh; L Peter Singh; L MOntosh Singh; H Mani Singh; Th Henthoiba Singh; P Monish Singh and Th Kingson Sigh will be the forwards of the team.

According to S Suneeta Devi, Honorary General Secretary, MH N Ranjit Singh will be the Manager while Ksh Umashankar will the Coach and the selected players have to report to the team officials on May 7 at Khuman Lampak Hockey Stadium for further training added Suneeta.

The Sate team will leave Imphal on May 13 for the championship.
