UBSA, YPO enter semis in 1st JA Dist Level Football tournament

Kakching, February 01 2013: UBSA, Mantak and YPO, Sora have entered into the semi final round of the 1st JA District Level Football Championships as winner of group A and C respectively after the last league match of the group played today.

In the last league match of Group A played today, UBSA, Mantak beat KPSC, Kakching with a solitary goal which was scored by Chingneihen in the 19th minute of the match and entered semi final round as winner of Group A.KPSC players tried their best to equalised the score but could not do so and lost the match.

Folenson of UBSA and Bikey of KPSC were issued yellow cards for their unsporting behaviour during the match.

Later, in the last league match of Group C, AVO, Kakching and YPO, Sora played a goalless draw after a tough fight.

After today's draw, YPO entered semi final round as winner of Group C .

Indranath, Arnold of AVO and Taslim of YPO were issued yellow cards for playing fouls during the match.

The first semi final match will be played beterrn UBSA, mantak and YPO, Sora on February 3 atr 1.30 pm.

Meanwhile, host Juvenile Association, kakching will fight DYA, Elangkhangpokpi in the second semi final match on February 4 at 1.30 pm.
