SPYC hold BRYO in Tellou Trophy

Imphal, April 28 2016: SPYC came from behind to hold BRYO 2-2 in the ongoing 11th Tellou Trophy � Lamlai Kendra Village Wise Men's Open 7-A-Side Football Tournament, organised by the Tellou Joint Co-Operative Farming Society Ltd, today at Eastern United Sports Club, Tellou Play Ground.

The match began with BRYO, Kambongput taking an early 2-0 lead after Kiranjit and Bobothoi scored a goal each in the 10th and 18th minute respectively.

However, SPYC, Seijang fought back hard and levelled the scoreline after London and Vivek netted a goal each in the 25th and 34th minute respectively.

In another match, YSWC, Sabungkhok and YDCL, Pungdongbam were held 1-1 .

YSWC witnessed their goal through Dinesh in the 13th minute while Telheiba scored the equaliser in the 19th minute for YDCL, Pungdongbam.

Tomorrow, YYC, Yourbung will meet KNC, Kanghuchingjin while EUC, Kameng will clash with PLYA, Sekta.
