Semi final draw complete for Mini Boys Volleyball Tourney

Imphal, March 26 2018: Bakhe, Lamphel Sanakeithel and NYVA, Naorem defeated their respective rivals in today's league matches of the 1st State Level Mini Boys Volleyball Tournament being organised by Social Development Institute under the supervision of All Manipur Volleyball Association at volleyball court of Ishok Awang Leikai .

In the first Group A league match played today Bakhe, Lamphel Sanakeithel defeated IGO, Oinam 25-18, 25-23, 25-23.Bakhe also defeated SWYC, Shantipur by 3-1 sets in the last Group A league match of the tournament and qualified for the last 4 stage.

The Lamphel side conceded the third set before staging a strong comeback to secure a 25-16, 27-25, 23-25, 25-17 win.

In the first Group B league match of the day, NYVA, Naorem outclassed SDI, Ishok 25-15, 25-18, 25-21.NYVA Naorem also defeated SDC by 3-1 sets (25-18, 25-22, 23-25, 25-17) to emerge group winners.

Group A winners, Bakhe, Lamphel Sanakeithel will take on Group B runners, SDC, Samurou in the first semi final match tomorrow while Group B winners, NYVA, Naorem will lock horns with Group A runners, IGO, Oinam in the second semi-final match for a place in the final.
