Tbl 3rd Division League : PSWAS post 3-1 win against KFC, 1-0 win for YFC

Imphal, December 22 2021: PSWAS, Sangaiyumpham kick-started their Group (B) campaign in the DFA Thoubal Third Division Football League Tournament with a 3-1 win over KFC, Kiyam Siphai.

Asif hit the opener for the Sangaiyumpham team in the 19th minute before Irfan doubled the advantage in the 22nd minute but Kh Satish pulled back a goal for KFC in the 25th minute to make it 1-2 till the break.

Irfan then completed his double in the 37th minute to further extend the lead for PSWAS and as KFC failed to rally back, PSWAS went home 3-1 and earned all three points.

Meanwhile in another Group B league match, YFC who went down 0-6 showed an improved side to beat UMFC, Moijing 1-0 for the first win.
