Luchu FC win RYC mini soccer tournament

Imphal, March 21 2016: The final match of the 18th RYC mini soccer tournament sponsored by L Poucharei concluded yesterday at Ragailong Museum Ground.

The closing function was attended by Adai Phaomei, PRO to Deputy CM as chief guest, Manglem Palmei, former president of RYC as president and Gaingamlung Kamei, Luplak of Ragailong Pei as guest of honour respectively.

The match which started at 3 pm was played between Luchu FC and Khangchu FC, which was won by the former in a penalty shoot-out by a margin of 3 goals to 1 after regulation time ended 1-1 .

Gaidon Kamei of Peikai FC bagged the best goal- keeper award, Pouthan Kamei bagged the emerging player award, and Gaichungam Meiringmei won the best player award.
