Narsingh's ton powers CYCLONE into Elite tournament final

Imphal, March 10 2021:
CYCLONE, Thangmeiband rode on Narsingh Yadav's century to beat FORCE, Kshetrigao by 76 runs and made themselves into the final of the 5th MNCA Elite Tournament being organised by Manipur Cricket Association at Luwangpokpa Cricket ground, Luwangsangbam.
Narsingh Yadav struck 7 boundaries and 4 maximums en route to his 112 feat and helped CYCLONE post a total of 219 runs for 9 in the stipulated 40 overs.
CYCLONE then bundled out FORCE for 143 in 30.4 overs to seal the final ticket thanks to Kishan Laishram's prolific bowling (3/21 in 7 overs which contained two maiden overs).
Kishan Laishram (22) and Kabrambam Homendro (24) also contributed in CYCLONE's tally.
Qurshid alam of FORCE did made his mark by securing three wickets including Narsingh Yadav's but their innings went disastrous as Kishan Laishram along with Bikash (2/31) and Thoudam Akshaykumar (2/28) wreaked havoc with their fierceful bowling attacks.
Samir did his best to anchor but was dismissed on 52 by Kishan and eventually the chase collapsed with his departure.
Narsingh who was brilliant with the bat today was named man of the match.
PTRC, Patsoi and CHAMP, Khagempalli will face off for the last final berth tomorrow at the same venue.
