AMFA calls up 38 players for State team trial

Imphal, April 09 2022: The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has called up 38 players for trial cum coaching for preparation of State team ahead of the North East Regional Sports Week (Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav) to be organised by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt of Manipur.

The players along with the position called up for the team trial are as follows: Goalkeepers : Kh Rocky Singh (SU), T Alison Singh (TRUGPU), S Priyojit (KLASA FC), Jididi (KSC) and Zet Lee (Classic FA);
Defenders : C Seilenlal Mate (SU), Thangkhalen Lhouvum (KSC), RK Robin (KLASA FC), Th Premjit (SSU), Seijoseph Haokip (F4C), W Rohit Meitei (NEROCA FC), Seiminhao Waiphei (KSC), Shomi Rongui (KIYC), A Rakesh Singh (KLASA FC), A Rishan (NEROCA FC), N Lumjingba (RAU) and N Lanchenba (RAU);
Midfielders : Lungousem Kipgen (SU), Th Lenin Singh (KLASA FC), Th Lenin (SU), Ginkholen Haokip (KSC), N Sushilkumar Singh (SSU), Benjamin Lupheng (NEROCA FC), L David Singh (NEROCA FC), Roinson Khongsai (KSC), Kh Lucky Singh (NEROCA FC), Solomon Mangte (KSC), Kishan Singh Thongam (KLASA FC), P Naoba Meitei (SSU) and L Nabachandra Singh (KLASA FC);
Forwards : Myn Arif Hussain (SSU), Kh Joel Haokip (Classic FC), Jerry Onesemas Pulamte (SU), Ginminthang Hangsing (KSC), Thotkaddhar Jimik (RAU), Sonam Chothe (NEROCA FC) and W Michel (RAU) .

The players should report to assistant general secretary of AMFA, M Nilo Singh on April 11 at 9 am at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong with full kits, it said.
