14th Junior National Wushu Championship 2015 ; Manipur emerge overall team champion

Manipur emerged overall team champion in the 14th Junior National Wushu Championship 2015, today at Pedal Sports Complex, Sudernagar, Himachal Pradesh.
The championship which began from October 4 was organised by Wushu Association of India.
State wushu team bagged altogether 34 medals including 17 gold, 13 silver and 4 bronze medals.
In the individual events, H Ramananda and S Marshal clinched 3 gold each while H Karnajit and O Malemnganbi bagged two gold medal each.
Further, G Subhson Sharma, Y Jason, Th Aruna secured a gold each.
H Langlentombi clinched one gold and two silver medals, M Chingkheinganba and L Bijeshwori Chanu grabbed a gold and a silver medal each while Y Ananda won a gold and a bronze medal.
O Pakpi bagged three silver, T Adene lifted two silvers and M Suraj won two silver and a bronze medal while A Sushil and Th Utarani claimed a bronze medal each.
In the dual boys' event, Marshal, H Karnajit and H Ramananda secured a silver medal while H Langlentombi, O Pakpi and O Malemnganbi bagged silver in the dual girls' group.
