SOA felicitates Joyshing Monsang

Chandel, July 04 2016: The Sirti Olympic Association (SOA), Chandel today organised a felicitation programme of Project Future India (PFI) referee, Th Joyshing Monsang at Japhou Community Hall for his successful officiating of Asian Football Tournament (AFC) Under-14, organised by the Asian Football Confederation from May 20 to 30 at Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Th Joyshing Monsang S/o Th Angpatin and Ts Sharmila hails from Liwa Khullen Village in Chandel district.

The felicitation programme was graced by 11- Pantha ADC member Sh Manglem Monsang, SUR (Monsang Tribe Union) president Ng Benithan, Sirti Olympic Association (SOA) president Ts Kothar, STS (Monsang Students' Union) president Ts Morwill as presidium members.

Club leaders, Pastors and other eminent personalities from Monsang tribe also attended the programme.

It may be mentioned that Th Joyshing Monsang was appointed as AMFA Referee in 2013 and Project Future India Referee in 2015.He has undergone various courses at Delhi, Pondicherry, Gujarat and officiated at District, State, National and most recently at International Level.

During the Programme, Sirti Olympic Association not only honoured and wished him success in his career but also awarded certificate of appreciation by Monsang Tribe Union in recognition of his professional achievement.
