4th MNCA U-14 Boys Tournament : SHADOW steamroll RNEF by 334 runs; NCA, TRAU and THAU too script victories

Kh Devis hit a 49-ball 107 as Telheiba starred with both the bat and ball to guide SHADOW to a huge 334-run victory against RNEF, Mayang Imphal in a Group E match of the ongoing 4th MNCA U-14 Boys Tournament.
Opting to bat first at Kongba Dhobi Lampak, SHADOW amassed 355 runs for 3 wickets in 30 overs thanks to Kh Devis' ton and half century knocks from Sagatpam Telheiba (54-ball 65) and Arubam Goshan (47-ball 56 not out) and 77 extras.

Sagatpam Telheiba then ran through the RNEF line up picking 7 wickets alone (7/9 in 4.2 overs) and set up their collapse within 9.2 overs with the scoreboard reading 21.Eventually Telheiba walked away with the player of the match accolade.
In the Group A match staged at Lairenjam Public Ground, NCA sealed their second victory by handing SDO, Keirao Makting a 5-wicket defeat.
Toss winners SDO were restricted to 84/8 in 30 overs riding on Thiyam Bikash (3/6), Thongam Rahul (2/14) and Ahenba Longjam (2/15) before Ng Likash 21, Ahenba 18, Th Avinash 10 and 23 extras took NCA to winning 87/5 in 12.5 voers.
Ahenba was adjudged player of the match.
Meanwhile in the Group F match staged at Khudeiband Lampak, TRAU notched up an emphatic 259-run victory against RULE, Meitram.
Tyrus Chabungbam (109 off 70 balls) and Potsangbam Jeet (104 not out off 57 balls) scored centuries as TRAU gathered 321 runs for 5 wickets after being asked to bat first.
TRAU then dismissed RULE for 62 runs in 24.3 overs thanks to Keisham Yaikhomba who enjoyed a four wicket haul (4/9 in 6 overs) and Arubam Rainson who picked two (2/8) wickets.
Keisham Yaikhomba was declared player of the match.
Elsewhere at PTRC ground, THAU sealed a 7-wicket win over LCC, Lamsang riding on Leevasky Thongam's five-for.
LCC opted to bat first but were bundled out for 81 runs in 19.2 overs as Leevasky Thongbam (5/10) and Khundrakpam Bidyananda (4/7) combined well to wreak havoc before S Heiba 21 and Leevasky 10 not out and 34 extras set up the THAU victory.
Leevasky was eventually adjudged player of the match.
