Imphal West District Football Association (IWDFA) picks up 29 probables

Imphal, November 30 2012: The Imphal West District Football Association (IWDFA) has picked up 29 probables to form IWDFA Senior Women's team for a friendly match against Imphal East District Football Association (IEDFA) which will be played on December 13 as a special match for the visiting FIFA officials.

Mention may be made that FIFA Consultant on Women Football from FIFA Ms Monica Stabb; FIFA Development Officer Dr Shaji Prabhakaran and Director, National Teams, All India Football Federation (AIFF) Shubhankar Mukherjee will be visiting Imphal on December 13 to get a first hand account on Women's Football played in India and particularly in Manipur.

All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) is organising the match as per the proposal of the visiting team.

The match will be played at Mapal Kangjeibung, Imphal at 2 pm on December 13 .
