Imphal, December 31 2021: Manipur outclassed Meghalaya 7-2 in the final of the 13th Senior National Futsal Championship 2021 played at Ahemadabad, Gujarat, on December 30, 2021.Md Arshad grabbed four goals, Y Simon netted a double and Th Meiraba added a goal in the state squad's title triumph.

With his four-goal salvo in the final match, Arshad walked away with the top scorer award.

He scored a total of 22 goals over the course of the tournament.

Meanwhile, Yambem Arun Meetei, president of Manipur Soccer Futsal Association (MANISFA) and vice-president of Indian Soccer Futsal Federation, congratulated the Manipur team and also thanked all supporters, MANISFA's executive committee, technical team, district associations and parents.
