IMA FA, NBCA prevail in IW 3rd Div League

Imphal, December 27 2024: IMA FA and NBCA registered victories as the 6th Sh Manipur Sharma 3rd Division Football League, organised by Imphal West District Football Association, got underway at Pamyal Ground on Friday.

IMA FA came from behind to carve out a 2-1 success against MIU FC in the opening match.

Ch Kipgen gave MIU FC the lead in the 37th minute, but Irfan drew level for IMA FA in the 50th minute before Rohit netted their second goal in the 59th minute to ultimately seal the victory.

NBCA, meanwhile, pulled off a narrow 1-0 win over KKYU.

Shrinivash starred in their triumph as his 62nd-minute strike proved to be the difference at the end of the game.
