KKN, LYC, CCYC victorious in CSDSA Sports Meet football

Imphal, January 09 2025: Khubung Khunou Novokom, Lambung YCC and Chamdil Christian YC registered contrasting victories in Thursday's football fixtures of the 44th CSDSA Sports Meet 2025 at Chakpikarong playground, Chandel.

Lambung YCC started the day with a 4-1 drubbing of Rungchang YC.

Rolland (4, 19) scored a double, while Phantungam (22) and Angnahring (80) contributing one goal each in their victory.

Liberty scored a consolation goal for Rungchang YC.

Khubung Khunou Novokom strolled to an 11-3 triumph over Khubung Khullen.

Rd Thungni made the most of the rout, scoring seven goals (24, 43, 55, 60, 62, 75, 80) .

Sng Phungtha netted a double (2, 70), while Hl Mohrin (18) and Py Earlystar (32) scored one each.

For Khubung, Dy Bela (48), Sp Thani (68) and N1 Mothahring (71) were the scorers.

Chamdil Christian YC, meanwhile, edged past Anal Khunou YC 1-0 as Chavan's 17th-minute goal eventually made the difference.
