YK College emerge champions of Inter college Mukna tourney

Imphal, December 27 2024: YK College, Wangjing emerged as the overall team champions of the Khuraijam Apabi Singh Memorial Manipur University Inter College Mukna (M) Tournament 2024-25, held on Friday at Kumbi College, Kumbi.

YK College claimed the overall championship title with a gold and a silver medal.

L Rishikanta Singh was the wrestler who earned the gold medal in the be-low-60kg category, while collegemate M Rajesh Singh finished second to claim the silver medal.

M Rakesh of CI College bagged the bronze in this category.

Kakching Khunou College, who claimed a gold medal courtesy of S Gobindas Singh, were runners-up.

Gobindas was the top finisher in the above-60kg category.
