Journalists' Sports Meet 2025 kicks off today

Imphal, March 12 2025: All Manipur Working Journalists' Union (AMWJU) is set to host the 14th edition of the Journalists' Sports Meet 2025 from March 13 to March 16 .

The event will take place across multiple venues, bringing together media professionals for a series of competitive sporting events.

The meet will commence on March 13 with an opening ceremony at Manipur Press Club at 7 am.

On March 14, athletics events, including the 100m race, 400m race, long jump, and shot put, will be held at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium from 7 am.

Cricke t matches are scheduled for March 15 at THAU Ground, while football competitions will take place on March 16 at the Main Stadium, both starting at 7 am, with venue changes subject to confirmation.

AMWJU has asked all members to participate and arrive on time for their respective competitions.
