Imphal, November 07 2024: The matches on the second day of the East Zone Inter University Badminton (Men) Tournament at Khu-man Lampak Indoor Stadium saw a mix of clear victories and walkovers, with BRAB, Magadh University, ABW, SMU, PTRSU, and BU emerging as dominant teams.

Match 13 (BRAB vs FMU): BRAB won 3-0 with victories in all three matches.

Sameer Raj, Md Tabrez, and the doubles team of Amrit Raj and Raj Aryan won their respective matches comfortably.

Match 14 (Dr CV Raman University vs LN Mithila University): LN Mithila University got a walkover due to Dr CV Raman University's absence.

Match 15 (Magadh University vs BN University): Magadh University triumphed 3-0, with Satish Kumar, Mohit Raj, and the doubles team winning their matches decisively.

Match 16 (BU vs ABW): ABW won 3-0, with victories from Manas Bhattacharya, Dhiraj Khatri, and a thrilling doubles match that went to 3 sets.

Match 17 (Mizoram University vs Maharaj Suhel Dev University): Mizoram University advanced with a walkover after Maharaj Suhel Dev University did not show up.

Match 18 (SMU vs The ICFAI University): SMU won 3-0, with Arunodoy Banerjee, Naorem Anup Singh, and the doubles team of Arunodoy Banerjee and Prasurjya Thakuria securing victories.

Match 19 (PTRSU vs TSR-GU): PTRSU won 3-0 with Lukesh Ku, Yadav, Rudra Yadav, and the doubles team of Lukesh and Rudra securing comfortable wins.

Match 20 (UST Meghalaya vs BU): BU won 3-2 in a close contest, with BU winning the deciding doubles match.

Match 23 (Patna University vs Sambalpur University): Sambalpur University won by walkover as Patna University did not report to the match.
