Matches end in draws in IW 1st Division League

Imphal, August 22 2022: IFC were held to a 2-2 draw by YUC while SCK and SDC played out a 0-0 draw in the Imphal West 1st Division Football League at SKYC Ground, Sekmai, on Monday.

IFC were impressive in the early stages of the match after Vs Sayo put his side ahead in the 4th minute and he made it 2 0 in the space of eight minutes.

YUC reduced the arrears in the 29th minute through M Chourjit and put themselves on level terms when S Mahesh made his effort count in the 42nd minute.

Both teams were unable to break the deadlock in the remaining minutes and ended up collecting one point each.

SCK and SDC too had to contend with a point each after their match ended in a goalless draw.
