TDPA, SA cruise in 8th Junior Boys' U-16 State Polo Tournament

Imphal, February 10 2025: Thoubal District Polo Association (TDPA) and Samadon Ayangba both enjoyed an easy day as the 8th Junior Boys' U-16 State Polo Tournament 2025, organised by All Manipur Polo Association, got underway at Mapal Kangjeibung on Monday.

Samadon Ayangba kicked off the tournament with a 6-1 hammering of K&MMRS Team-B .

S Thailan led the rout with a treble, while A Malemnganba contributed a double, propelling their side to a resounding victory.

S Robinson scored the lone goal for K&MMRS.

The second match saw TDPA overpower Assam Rifles Public School 8-1.W Nongdamba Meitei was the standout performer for his side, scoring 7 goals.

N Priyobarta also got on the scoresheet, contributing a goal for TDPA.

Assam Rifles scored their consolation goal through Prasant Shah.
