Sora Cup: Win for Mukan FC; FC Lamjao, Paobitek FC split points

Imphal, February 06 2025: Mukan FC (Sora) staged a comeback win as FC Lamjao (Lamjao) and Paobitek FC (Paobitek) shared the spoils in the 1st 9-a-side Sora Cup 2025 on Thursday.

Mukan FC overcame a deficit to pull off a 2-1 success against Shahrukh FC.

Doran-do put Shahrukh FC ahead in the 20+1st minute, only for Bale to level the score for Mukan FC in the 24th minute.

Then Roshan converted in the 40+1st minute to ensure Mukan ran out 2-1 winners.

The other match between FC Lamjao and Paobitek FC ended in a 1-1 draw.

Joykishan gave FC Lamjao the lead in the 18th minute, but Imran's well-placed free kick in the 28th minute secured the equaliser for Paobitek FC, ensuring the points were shared.

Meanwhile, Lagaan FC received a walkover after SDA failed to show up for their match.
