UVSA-A, VSAI in Veterans' football tournament final

Imphal, December 29 2021: UVSA-A and VSAI will meet in the final of the 1st Lourembam Anganghal Memorial Veterans' Football Tournament 2021, following their semifinal triumphs on Wednesday.

The first semifinal match saw UVSA-A eke out a 1-0 success against FLAM.

W Ajit scored the only goal of the match.

VSAI, meanwhile, cruised past VFC 3-0 into the final.

N Rajesh Meetei opened the scoring after seven minutes, S Robichandra doubled the lead in the 26th minute and S Shanta wrapped up the 3-0 result with a 42nd-minute goal.
