MNCA names team for Ranji Trophy 2024-25

Imphal, September 15 2024:
Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA) on Sunday announced a 15-member squad for the Ranji Trophy 2024-25.The state team consists of five batters, three all-rounders, three spinners, two pacers and two wicketkeepers.
Ngariyanbam Johnson Singh, Yumnam Karnajit Singh, Meitankeishangbam Langlonyamba Singh, Longjam Ronald Meitei, and Amom Guniram Singh have been included in the team as batsmen, while Kangabam Priyojit Singh, Pheiroijam Jotin Singh, and Rajkumar Rex Singh have been chosen as all-rounders.
The spin department is made up of Lamabam Ajay Singh, Mohd Ahsanul Kabir, and Md Sultan Karim, whereas Bishworjit Singh Konthoujam and Thokchom Kishan Singh will bolster the team as pacers.
The wicketkeeping duties will be handled by Muhammed Al Bashid and Pukhrambam Prafullomani Singh.
MNCA also named five reserve players - Saddam Ahmed Shah (batter), Mohammed Mustaque (batter), Ngari-yanbam Jameson Singh (WK), Soubam Rohit Singh (spinner), Somorjit Salam (pacer) .
