DYASO IW to conduct trials for various disciplines

Imphal, August 21 2019: District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, T Neikhochong Haokip has informed that the district level inter school game trial selection for Kabaddi (U-17 boys and girls); Judo (U-14 &17 boys and girls); Gymnastic (U-14 & 17 boys and girls) and Wushu (U-19 boys and girls) for Imphal West will be held from September 2 to 4 at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal.

Intending students, players can collect eligibility forms from the office of YAS, Imphal West from August 22 and the last date of submission of duly filled in form is August 30, Neikhochong Haokip further informed.

In another statement, DYASO said that the trial selection for U-14 boys and girls football will be held from September 7-10); U-14 &17 boys and girls swimming and diving, U-14 & 17 boys volleyball, U-19 boys and girls sepak takraw from September 18 to 20; U-17 boys and girls basketball, U-14 & 17 boys and girls fencing, U-17 boys softball and U-17 boys and girls kho kho from September 24 to 26.Last date of submission of forms for football is September 4; swimming and diving, volleyball, sepak takraw is September 13 and September 20 for the remaining disciplines.
