PC crowned campions of Inter college judo tourney

Imphal, November 04 2023: Hosts Pravabati College were crowned champions of the Manipur University Inter College Judo (M&W) Tournament 2023-24 on Saturday.

The Pravabati College won six gold medals in the competition as Kh Jeniber, Thoudam Aditta, Ch Roberto and Laishram Symon claimed the yellow metal in the men's event, and Mutum Roshibina and Sunandi Heisnam won gold medals in the women's event.

Kamakhya Pemton College finished runners-up.

Pravabati College's Mutum Roshibina was adjudged best judoka in the women's category and Thoudam Aditta was named best judoka in the men's category.

The tournament drew 12 female and 16 male students representing Pravabati College, Mayai Lambi College, Kamakhya Pemton College, Naorem Bihari College, Biramangol College, Pole Star College, and YK College.
