Imphal, March 13 2025: Black Watch PC and Assan Rifles PC-A enjoyed emphatic wins in the 37th N Hazari & Dr N Tombi State Polo Tournament 2025 on Thursday.

Black Watch PC delivered a crushing 14-0 defeat to Rupkumar PC-B, showcasing their formidable prowess on the field.

Th Nongpoknganba spearheaded the charge with an impressive six goals, while P Ojit and S Bon Bon each contributed a hat-trick.

A Alex and Th Basanta rounded off the scoring with a goal apiece, sealing a comprehensive victory for their side.

Meanwhile, Assam Rifles PC-A put on a masterclass as they breezed past Imphal Riding Polo Team with a resounding 14-2 win.

R Ali emerged as the star of the match, netting an outstanding eight goals.

Kh Shushilo added a hat-trick to the tally, while M Kuber scored twice and L Joykumar contributed a single goal to complete the rout.

The Imphal Riding Polo Team managed to salvage some pride with consolation goals from N Ranjan and L Raja, but it was a day to forget for the riders as Assam Rifles PC-A dominated proceedings.
