PCC, Al-Ameen seal victorious in MNCA Women's U-15 Trophy

Imphal, February 11 2025:
In an eventful day of cricket at the 2nd MNCA Women's U-15 One Day Trophy 2024-25, PCC registered a commanding win, while Al-Ameen outplayed YPHUC on Tuesday.
Thangmeiband, PCC dominated PTRC with a resounding 10-wicket victory at THAU Ground.
Opting to field first, PCC bowled out PTRC for a mere 36 runs in 14.3 overs.
Leading the bowling attack, Ningthoisana Thoudam claimed four wickets, while Hemam Lingjen and Nongthombam Langlenthoibi Chanu contributed with three wickets each.
PCC swiftly chased the target in just three overs, reaching 39 runs without losing a wicket.
Openers Ningthoisana Thoudam (7 not out) and Hemam Lingjen (23 not out) guided the team to an emphatic win.
Meanwhile, at PCC Ground in Mayaikoibi, Al-Ameen emerged victorious against YPHUC by 25 runs.
Batting first, Al-Ameen posted a total of 194 before being bowled out in 26.1 overs.
Rabiaa Banu Tampakmayum led the charge with an unbeaten 70, supported by Sanjida (16), Sanjida (13), and Nongmaithem Cherryma (11) .
In response, YPHUC managed to score 168/7 despite a resilient 59-run effort by Suchitra Waikhom.
Al-Ameen's bowling attack proved decisive, with Najiya Begum taking three wickets, Sanjida securing two, and Konthoujam Shinthoihenbi and Rahima contributing one wicket each.
