NEROCA FC Sangakpham completely outclassed a determined ZFC Churachandpur 5-0 in a one sided match of 10th Manipur State Football League on Thursday.
The first match of the day was set into motion in guarded moves made by both NEROCA FC and ZFC players.
The initial part of the match was a struggle for both the sides.
The breakthrough for NEROCA FC came only in the 24th minute of the match when Ch Kishan converted a beautiful throw-in from Md Sohail into a goal.
With this goal, both the talented sides began heating up the field.
However, the second half ended with ZFC failing to equalize the margin 1-0 .

When the second half began, NEROCA FC began raiding the rival area.
Th Johnson's volley landed on ZFC's Daniel Hmar's and he netted an "own goal" instead of clearing the ball from the defence area in the 49th minute of the match.
This goal set ZFC's misfortune rolling.
Barely ten minutes after, a header by NEROCA FC's Imran Khan was skillfully converted into a goal by Ng Ronald in the 58th minute.
With three goals to its kitty, NEROCA FC was almost sure of striking victory.
In the 73rd minute, Th Johnson scored one more goal.
The tempo of the match did not end there, the much talked about Emeka Christian also scored another goal in the 84th minute taking NEROCA FC's total to five goals.
A hapless ZFC could not open its account as the match ended in 5-0 .
With this match, NEROCA FC now has 16 points while ZFC has 4 points.
