MNCA Women's U-15: FORCE, PCC register contrasting victories

Imphal, February 04 2025:
FORCE and PCC prevailed in contrasting styles in the 2nd MNCA Womens U-15 One Day 2024-25 on Tuesday.
FORCE delivered a dominant all-round performance, securing a commanding 203-run victory over MPA at the PCC Ground, Mayaikoibi.
Opting to bat first, FORCE set a challenging target of 255/5, with Kh Ruksana leading the charge, remaining unbeaten on 102.She was well-supported by Nazmin Khanam (58), Rahamatun (17), and Sumeiya Shahni (14) .
In response, MPA was bowled out for just 52 in 20.5 overs.
Rahamatun was the standout bowler, claiming 5 wickets, while Wakila Shani took 2, and Farjiya, Kh Ruksana, and Nazmin Khanam each contributed a wicket in the comprehensive victory.
In another match at THAU Ground, PCC triumphed over SHADOW by 9 runs.
Batting first, PCC posted a total of 172/7, with significant contributions from Keithellakpam Katrina (69), Nongthombam Langlenthoibi (29), and Okram Yashica (15) .
SHADOW fell short in their chase, finishing with 163 all out in 28.3 overs, despite valiant efforts from Viviene Laishram (39) and Moirangthem Nirupama (31).Nongthombam Langlenthoibi spearheaded the PCC bowling attack with 4 wickets, supported by Hemam Lingjen, Ningthoisana Thoudam, and Laishram Anjali,
each claiming one wicket.
