State Sepaktakraw Championships 2022 kicks off

Imphal, June 25 2022: Eight teams emerged the victors in the men's competition of the 36th Senior Men's & Women's State Sepaktakraw Championships 2022 which began on Saturday at YAWA Indoor Hall, Singjamei Leishanthem Leikai.

YAWA (B) kick-started the day's competition with a 21-15, 19-21, 21-19 win over SAIRC (A).

The second match saw IMSUC cruise past YAWA (A) 21-11, 21-10 while MPSC (C) defeated MPSC (A) 21-17, 21-17 .

In other matches, PUC (A) beat SAIRC(D) 21-12, 21-18, SAIRC(B) registered a 21-13, 21-4 victory over PUC (B), MPSC(B) downed YAWA (B) 21-17, 14-21, 21-12, IMSUC outplayed SAIRC (C) 21-16, 21-14, and PUC(A) bested SAIRC(A) 21-18, 15-21, 21-12 .
