YKL, KVWA crowned champions in 47th State Jr Boys' & Girls' Handball Tournament

Imphal, March 23 2025: YKL Chingarel and KVWA Mayang Imphal secured titles in the 47th State Level Junior Boys & Girls Handball Tournament 2025, following their victories in their respective final matches, held at KVWA Ground, Kokchai, Mayang Imphal, on Sunday.

In the girls' final, YKL Chingarel delivered a dominant performance, defeating KVWA Mayang Imphal with a decisive score of 17-8 to claim the title.

Meanwhile, in the boys' final, KVWA Mayang Imphal handed out a crushing defeat to YKL Chingarel, triumphing with a score of 31-16 to lift the championship trophy.

The closing ceremony saw MLA Khuraijam Loken, MLA Kongkham Robindro Singh, and SP (sports) Laishram Sarita Devi in attendance.
