Chaorel 7 A Side Football : YPO, NEFSA win; TYC-Dreams Boys match ends in draw

Imphal, May 21 2015 : YPO, Top; NEFSA FC Kshetrigao registered contrasting wins while TYC, Top Wangma and Dreams Boys Top ended in square in the league matches of 1st (L) Athokpam Chaorel Singh Memorial 7 A Side Men's Open Football Tournament being organized by TOP FC (TFC) at SAC Ground on Thursday.

Rockey individual brilliance helped YPO in registering a hard fought 2-1 win against CCFC Top Khongnangkhong in the first match of the day.

Rockey scored the two vital goals in 38th and 50th minutes of the match while Naobi scored the lone goal for CCFC in 44th min.

Dream Boys took lead twice but TYC came back to square the match in 2-2 in the second match of the day.

Thoi Thoi scored the first goal in 11th min to the delight of Dream Boys but the joy was shortened when Abung scored for TYC in 12th min.

Dream Boys dream of wining the match was gave a chance when Nanish scored in 37th min but two minutes later the dream of Dream Boys was dusted by Samananda.

Samanda scored in 41st min to square the match.

In contrast to the two previous matches, NEFSA hammered Star Club Moirang Kampu 9 -2.NEFSA dominated the match from the first minute when Ningthou shake the net in 1st min of the match.

Ningthou added three more goals in 26th; 43rd and 47th min to score a total of four personal goals in the match.

Sabir followed Ningthou with three goals in 5th; 16th and 31st min while Imran and Quddus added one each in 39th and 49th min.

Johson scored two goals in 23rd and 46th min to avoid complete washout in the hands of NEFSA.
