Kangpokpi, January 19 2022: Khupminlal's hat-trick in the 8th, 13th and 24th minutes and Goba's 27th-minute goal gave Moltinchan Veng an easy 4-0 win over Lendou Veng in the ongoing 18th Kangpokpi Inter Ward Tournament 2022 at Brigadier M Thomas Ground on Wednesday.

In the main football, Ha-olam's brace in the 55th and 58th minutes gave Chengjapao Veng a narrow 2-1 win over Japhal Veng as Paokap scored the lone goal for Japhal side in the 46th minute.

Another main football match between Phungtin Veng and Ahsijolneng Veng ended in a goalless draw.

In veteran football, Ngambom Veng defeated Tintong Veng 2-0 as Seigoulun (4th) and Lamminsei (11th) scored for the winning team while the second veteran match between Moltinchan Veng and Nanglhun Veng ended in a goalless draw.

In women's volleyball, Nanglhun Veng defeated Sipinthei Veng 21-19, 21-7, 21-9 in the first match while Ngambom Veng defeated Kilkhong Veng by 21-10, 21-7, 21-11 in the second match.

In men's volleyball, Jonlhing Veng had an easy 25-8, 25-9, 25-17 win over Sipinthei veng.

On Thursday, Kholmun Veng will play Nanglhun Veng in under-15 football at 8:00 am while in women's volleyball, Phungtin Veng (A) will play Ahsijolneng Veng in the first match and vengthah will play Enjakhup Veng in the second match.

In men's volleyball, Tintong Veng will play Ahsijolneng Veng in the first match while Lendou Veng will play Moltinchan Veng in the second match.

In veteran football, Japhal Veng will play Chengjapao Veng in the first match while Kilkhong Veng will play Vengthah in the third match.

In main football, Khupting Veng will play Tintong Veng in the second match while Kilkhong Veng will play Enjakhup vengdn the fourth match.
