Imphal, November 18 2023: Chandel Khullen YC handed a 7-0 thrashing to Liwa Khullen YC as YSC, Thamnapokpi and SASA settled for a 2-2 draw in Saturday's fixtures of the DC Chandel Trophy 1st Division Tournament 2023-24 underway at Sports Complex, Chandel.

Both Leopa and Lonpa netted a double in Chandel Khullen's emphatic win over Liwa Khullen.

Leopa opened the scoring in the 23rd minute and then Rengsingam doubled their advantage in the 27th minute before Leopa scored his second and team's third goal in the 35th minute.

Then Lonpa made it 4-0 in the 39th minute as he went on to stretch their lead further in the 61st minute before Chand (67) and Lahring (72) converted to close out the game.

YSC squandered two-goal lead to settle for a 2-2 draw with SASA.

Clinton (27) and Angwar (58) gave YSC a comfortable lead, but SASA fought hard and managed to level the scores with a goal each from Rengminthang (47) and Shelshingwar (66), resulting in the 2-2 stalemate.
